PU200 Traffic Sensor Adhesive
PU200 has been developed to be a multi purpose system for holding various types of sensors into the road, both those contained in housings and those designed to go straight into the road.
As with most of Global’s systems, PU200 is designed to cure quickly to ensure the minimum disruption to traffic.
It has a degree of flexibility built into it to ensure that it doesn’t crack up with wear. Its adhesion qualities are excellent, being able to stick to most surfaces. Housings or sensors going straight into the road should be cleaned thoroughly to remove any mould release left on the surface which can make a good bond much more difficult to achieve.
To enable installations to be carried out all year round, Winter and Summer versions are available.
Typically, a slot for a 3m sensor which is 25mm deep x 20mm wide would require 2 kits.
PU200 is available in 4kg (2.3L) Kits.
